A thought about your event attendees…
Time and time again, members will tell you that “content is king”. It’s our task to work with you and your leadership team to provide every event attendee with at least one valuable take-away – be it a resource, tool, war story or new contact.
A word about your event sponsors…
Sponsors and exhibitors are taking time out of their busy work schedule to spend a day or more helping to financially support your event. Treat them the same way you treat your event attendees. Respect their time and recognize their effort. A well-planned event will energize your sponsors and be an investment in their return next year.
A reflection about your volunteers…
Volunteers, whether on committees or in a leadership role, offer their “extra” time and service to benefit both the association and themselves. For the association, there’s an extra set of hands helping out. For the individual, there’s the additional networking time. Respect their time and recognize their effort.
